- Our play design is elementary at best
- QB development is straight up terrible, every QB we've had has regressed the following season. Meanwhile QP has looked great at NDSU and Hooker looks better at UT then he did here after 2 years.
- If we don't have NFL talent running our offense, it doesn't work. We were great in 2016 with skill positions, and our other good year was last year when we a stacked line and an all-time RB
- We refuse to lean on workhorse backs which used to be a VT staple, McMillian was a 1k yard rusher when he left.
- Playcalling is 95% awful, 5% brilliant
- We refuse to push the ball downfield even when we're down big
- Conservative doesn't even begin to describe our philosphy when up by 2 scores
